We always ate near the church. Today we found this place. Varied menu, very professional service, delicious dishes and reasonable prices. We will definitely return. I highly recommend the visit.

We stumbled upon this place by chance without having booked. We had a great time, quality and courtesy. I recommend the starter of cold cuts and cheeses and the soups were really very good, even the first courses were excellent.

We went to Pappatori'a on the 26th to celebrate a birthday. They pampered us with the "Passeggiata" a journey of growing flavors and tastes. Unfortunately I was enchanted by the dishes, each more beautiful and tasty than the other, so I only have a few photos. Friendly, kind and attentive staff. Nice venue. Highly recommended.

On the advice of a local businessman I had an exquisite lunch in this restaurant which really deserves its 5 stars. The owners are very kind and sure of what they do.The food is excellent and plentiful, we ordered the San Gerardo menu and the local wine.I recommend it to all those who are in Mater Domini.

What can I say, a beautiful family dinner last night with a breathtaking view of Materdomini and the Sele valley. The owner, Rossella, is very kind and attentive to the needs of customers, as are the staff who work there. Excellent quality and tasty food. The presentation of the dishes was truly remarkable. Everyone in the family is happy and satisfied: no one excluded.Highly recommended.

I'm a local and generally don't leave reviews of local restaurants, as they might seem biased (and even when I eat out, I rarely have time to review). This time, however, Mario (the chef) really outdid himself with a stellar pacchero with lobster. Authentic and harmoniously balanced flavours, dishes that are overall well-articulated and capable of enhancing the ingredients. As for the plating (which for me is not a determining factor), I found it very harmonious (see photo). Fair price. Definitely recommended.

I don't usually write reviews for restaurants in my area but given the consistently positive experiences over the years - informal occasions, birthdays, my own son's birthdays with 20plus kids - I thought I would write one. Mario and his team do an exceptional job in conjugating tradition and novelty. Regarding the menu, you don't want to miss the "matasse e ceci" and the steak. You may also want to consider the 4 course menu at a very reasonable price. The restaurant usually serves local food, which is carefully sourced and sapiently cooked. An ample selection of wines is also available. Definitely recommended.

What can I say... a very pleasant discovery! Restaurant practically at the entrance to Caposele with a beautiful view of the sanctuary of San Gerardo and the entire valley. Cozy, bright restaurant, with spaces between the tables more than adequate to guarantee the right amount of privacy. Family and professional welcome, service and kindness are king. Menu with local specialties and - as far as I was able to order - with reinterpretations that do not distort its substance and tradition. The presentation of the dishes is excellent, as is the quality of the raw materials. Even though the restaurant was full, the waiting times between courses were more than adequate. Final bill that absolutely doesn't make you regret, on the contrary... I will certainly recommend it and return.
